manners for animals

   Our sweet animal makes our hearts melt. He's our baby. A good first step to a human baby, considering we are comfortable assessing his poop (Solid? Runny? Worms?). We even need to tell him to mind his manners every now and then. Like no shaking the frogs to death along our paths, and that small dogs are dogs, too. Most importantly, please don't park your snout in a stranger's crotch. Papa and I know that this is how you give hugs, but others don't take kindly to such a forward advance.
Especially, the maintenance man. He's still not over that hug.

Summer, in sports

You know it's summertime when the hubbs throws down the sports pages of the newspaper. He says there's nothing in there he wants to see.

This coming from a man who wears jerseys.

Whatever, I get my hubbs back and  I don't have to pretend anymore! Because I invested WAY TOO MUCH time cheering on the Heat in May. To no avail.

We even went to the mall this past weekend.

He watched me try on outfits.

I going to get us  matching friendship bracelets.

(I can't find my battery charger right now, but when I do I will upload lots of pics of the flora, fauna, and of course, the beach. Promise.)

An ideal Saturday

Ideally, we'll start off the day at the gym. Yoga and weight training.
Then, we'll spend some time with Bully. Maybe a new trail?

When we have a Saturday off together, we go to the beach. No question.

Maybe make dinner or walk to our fav Mexican restaurant?

Perhaps a movie?

Today we did all these things.


It was an ideal Saturday.

It's so nice when you have someone to share the day's fun-ness. We are besties. I actually have him using the word "bestie."

As husband and wife we are never lonely. Highly annoyed, at times, but lonely-never!
